....I am a writer and Creativity Coach.  I teach people how to creatively find more joy in their lives. How do I do this? By holding workshops, Kaizenly coach creative types, hosting Creative Dream Retreats, and by showing men and women how to rekindle, rediscover and renew their creative dreams. I have lived in Kefalonia, Greece and had a little studio there, but missed being back among friends so here I am in the UK again! My background is an entrepenurial one, having had many businesses over the last 25 years, and a holistic one, reiki, massage, art, writing, coaching.  A big part of my work includes Kaizen Muse Creativity Coaching which is a way of helping us to lead meaningful lives, full of joy and happiness ~ using the small steps of kaizen to unlock the creative process which holds the key to our gifts.  I  run little Juicy Journeys of Joy and Happiness for women who want to rest, rejuvenate and re~discover the next part of their lives. I also bring lovely people to splendidly succulent places abroad for really restful retreats and marvellous mid~life adventures.! I hold workshops and weekends for aspiring Splendidly Imperfect Artists ~ a chance for anyone who wants to play with paint, glitter and pens to create, discover and nurture themselves, and magical days of self~discovery, awareness and empowerment.

I work from my cosy little cottage, in local venues, in small businesses and visit various groups around the country.  I take one to one retreats, group bookings and work via the telephone, through cafe coaching and in groups.  Everyone has a talent, a gift, some magic inside of themselves. I just help you find what is hidden,  polish up what you already have, and help you make a life of meaning and passion doing what you love.  I use small questions, small thoughts and small actions, combined with messy art, coaching support, numerology, my business background and my intuition. Life is a Creative Process and when we embrace that process many current problems do fall away.  Some call me a Joy Detective....looking for joy in everyday moments, and while I am far from joyous all of the time, I do have my regular moments...we all long to be happy and I help you to feel yours!
